What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a form of active meditation; a way to get out of your head and into your body and heart. It involves circulating your breath in a conscious continuous pattern of two inhales and one exhale, all through the mouth. By concentrating on your breath, you disconnect from the constant thoughts, stories, and automatic patterns that run your life. It is a powerful tool to access, process, and release stored emotions, trauma, and stagnant energy. It allows you to connect to your true self, open your heart, and allow love in.

What is a Breathwork Session Like?

We will begin by checking in and setting an intention. I will explain more about breathwork and what to expect during the session. I will then teach you the simple breathing technique and answer any questions you have. You will be lying down during the breathwork session, with your eyes covered (if this is comfortable for you). You will actively breathe for around 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of meditation, all guided by music and my voice. We will then process and integrate your experience
